Week 1
First Steps

Your Google Calendar (need help here? email agentexperience@compass.com)
Your Events Calendar is shared across the entire region and will be your go-to calendar for training, orientations, and regional meetings and events
Reserving Conference Rooms in our offices
Reserving for a Closing or Meeting? Please email agentexperience@compass.com with the date, time, and expected party size. You will receive a calendar invitation with the room in which your meeting is scheduled.
Agent Experience Action Items
Attend Day 1 Onboarding
Attend your scheduled Onboarding appointment with the necessary documentation, license to transfer (if possible), and technology. You will be given all of the information to be prepared for this appointment during your pre-onboarding discovery call.
What’s Covered:
Ensure New Hire Paperwork has been completed and all transfer documents are signed
Make sure all of your log-ins are set up and you’re able to fully access the Compass platform
Review the Events Calendar and additional resources
Schedule a Foundations Class with your Agent Experience Manager (AEM)
This is a comprehensive instructional overview of the many amazing tools within the Compass platform (excluding Marketing Center). This is a great time to learn and ask any questions you have! This can be virtual or in-person.
Join your local board and MLS within 30 days of joining Compass

Transactions Action Items
Attend the Mandatory Transactions Orientation Meeting
Transactions Operations onboardings are held bi-weekly on every other Thursday at 11am CST. You can attend this orientation by clicking HERE

Attend a Marketing Orientation
This is a vital first step to your marketing journey at Compass. At this orientation, you’ll learn about the marketing team, tools, resources, and training to take your business to the next level.
How to Join: your Agent Experience team will reach out to schedule your Marketing Onboarding after you’ve completed your Foundations Class
Week 2
Agent Experience Action Items
Schedule your “I’ve Joined Compass/CRM Session” with your AEM
Here’s what we’ll cover in the session:
How to Organize contacts and import into the CRM
Send/Share “I've Joined Compass” Announcement (social/email)
Ensure Direct Deposit sign up completed
Received Link to set up Business Center
Review any outstanding tasks from Week 1
Transactions Action Items
Meet with your Transaction Coordinator (TC) to answer any questions regarding compliance/Compassphl/CTC services
Familiarize yourself with our Contract to Close (CTC) services
Marketing Action Items
After you attend the Marketing Orientation, you will have the resources to start on the following action items to make sure your digital presence is Compass compliant:

Now that you’ve attended the Marketing Orientation and have completed the action items in Week 2, it’s time to become a Marketing Center expert! This tool will be a primary resource for your marketing success at Compass. Please complete the action items below:
Create a listing presentation in Marketing Center
Create a buyers guide in Marketing Center
Get familiar with the SOI Marketing Plan
Week 4

Have a Week 4 Sync with your AEM
Review any roadblocks with the tools, outstanding questions/concerns, etc
Marketing Action Items
Attend specialized training sessions in Compass Academy
Send out your “I’ve Joined Compass” postcard from Marketing Center
Week 5 & Beyond

Congratulations on completing all of the action items from Week 1-4! Now that you’ve attended the Marketing Orientation, Live Virtual Training, and have a firm understanding of Marketing at Compass, it’s time to establish a marketing plan that will help you to accomplish your business goals.

Fill out the Branding Questionnaire to have a benchmark of where you are currently with your marketing.
