Our support team is here to make your workplace experience as helpful as possible.

Our offices are set up to help our agents feel their best and reach their highest potential. We have dedicated staff working together to make your experience at Compass unlike any other broker.

Our offices have a modern and contemporary feel and are designed to represent the Compass brand, culture, and values that we all share.

All of our offices have an open environment to encourage collaboration and connection. This enables everyone to practice and adopt our guiding principles.

PHYSICAL ACCESS


Hours

Our offices are staffed between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except on Compass designated holidays.

Parking

Parking is available in our underground free parking garage and surface-level parking directly outside the front of our building. The parking garage can be accessed by following the signs around the perimeter of the parking lot if you enter from the Clayton Rd. entrance at the Starbucks.

COMMUNICATIONS


Phones

Each office has its own direct phone number; however, all lines ring to a central system. Our team works together to ensure all inbound calls are handled, regardless of which Compass number they call or what they are calling about. Each Compass agent has a direct phone number available in our phone system for transferring calls.

Wifi & Printing

All offices use the same Compass wifi network and password. After connecting once, your computer should pick up the wifi automatically no matter which office you go to. Please contact the office experience team if you need set up to scan. All printers are setup with a different type of paper in each tray and should not be changed.

OFFICE ACTIVITIES

Mail & Packages

Mail is distributed on a daily basis by the Office Support staff into designated agent mailboxes located within each office. If you have a preference of where you prefer to pick up your mail please reach out to workplacestl@compass.com. Agents are expected to manage their own outgoing mail & packages outside of USPS.

Building Access

Each office has keycards which will be assigned to you through your Office Support staff. These keycards are used to gain access after hours or through the back entrance of the buildings.

Emails

Conferencing

Each office offers access to conference rooms that can be utilized for client and team meetings or any other business-related activity. All are equipped with a TV for screen sharing purposes. Due to space limitations and availability, you must reserve a conference room ahead of time.

  • To reserve a conference room, simply reach out to workplacestl@compass.com with the date, time, number of attendees, and if a TV is needed.

Checks

Checks are accepted during office hours 9AM-5PM at each location. We request that each check notates the property address and agent name for timely processing.

Desk Availability

Our offices have a variety of different workspaces for agents including private offices, shared private offices, conference rooms, phone rooms, and open office spaces. Every office has flex desks available for on-demand use in addition to desks dedicated to our full-time office users. These are all managed by the office experience team.

Stationery & Supplies

Along with standard office supplies, each office is stocked with Compass-branded envelopes, pocket folders, note cards and pitch books. Supplies are limited.
