TCs spend about 20-25 hours per week communicating (responding to emails and/or answering calls and texts) with the parties involved (Buyer/Seller, Lender, Title, Outside Agents, etc.), 10-15 hours per week completing various tasks associated with a transaction that has more than one contingency, and 5 hours per week updating agents on upcoming deadlines and other significant contract dates.
