Contract to Close
When you choose the level of Contract-to-Close services best suited for each transaction, your designated Transaction Coordinator and Conveyancer will work together to get your deal rolling and take the pressure off the administrative responsibilities of your business.
The service options include initial timeline emails, calendar invitations for contingency dates, communication with the clients, co-broke agents, title companies, mortgage lenders, ordering city and township certificates, and more!

Save Time
Contract-to-Close frees up your time to focus on your business! TCs spend about 20-25 hours per week communicating (responding to emails and/or answering calls and texts) with the parties involved (Buyer/Seller, Lender, Title, Outside Agents, etc.), 10-15 hours per week completing various tasks associated with a transaction that has more than one contingency, and 5 hours per week updating agents on upcoming deadlines and other significant contract dates.
Get Paid Faster
Utilizing our services means transactions are compliant from the start, resulting in faster commission ($) payment and a smoother deal! TCs will make sure that your file is always up-to-date and all missing documents and signatures needed to get to settlement have been obtained.
We will ensure that all deposits, inspections, mortgage commitments, title comments are received on schedule
CTC Referral Program
We know you love our CTC services, so let us show our appreciation for your support! Every time you refer a new CTC customer to us who closes five Premium packages, you will receive a CTC package FOR FREE! To qualify, the agent you refer will need to enter your name on the CTC request form and after they close their 5th package we'll waive the CTC fee on your next transaction.
